How do I clean my Hey Baby Studio piece?
All of our products are machine washable. I appreciate the last minute wash and dry of the right outfit like any other girl, but if time allows it is preferable to dry the piece flat.
Why does it take 2 weeks for custom orders?
I do all my work (well, most) while my daughter is sleeping. I work as quickly as I can, but sometimes it just takes time to fill orders! Pieces are often shipped more quickly, but within 2 weeks tops! You will be notified at the time of purchase if for some reason (I win the lottery and whisk my family off to France for a month!??) production time is going to be longer than 2 weeks.
